![]() ![]() The only notable difference in the Calligraphy trims is the digital rearview mirror. Additional USB ports are added in the third row, and the driver gets a head-up display, as well as a fully digital 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster in place of the standard setup with a 4.2-inch display. More luxuries are added once you reach the Limited, such as a dual-panel sunroof (the XRT has a conventional sunroof), ventilated front seats, heated and ventilated second-row seats, an in-car intercom, and a 12-speaker premium Harman Kardon sound system. The SEL adds eight-way power front seats with heating, along with a wireless device charger. This comes paired with a six-speaker sound system, and there are a total of five USB ports. ![]() However, you get the full-size 12.3-inch infotainment screen right from the get-go, programmed with HD Radio, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, navigation, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. For the rest, you get manually adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, push-button start, and remote keyless entry. You may expect an entry-level trim in the mid-$30k range to be quite sparsely equipped, but the Hyundai Palisade could give pricier and more premium rivals a run for their money, though most of the value comes from the driver-assistance tech. It adds most of the tech available to the Limited, such as a surround-view camera, a Harman Kardon sound system, a sunroof, and additional driver assists while still coming in a few grand cheaper overall. Instead, you could pick the SEL and opt for the Premium Package. The Limited is a very appealing trim, but it is also much more expensive than the lower half of the lineup. Swapping out FWD for AWD will cost $2,000 on all trims besides the Calligraphy Night, which gets AWD as standard, and you'll need to factor in the $1,335 destination charge and any additional tax and registration fees. The new Calligraphy Night enters the fray with an MSRP of $53,600. It's a big jump up to the Limited, which carries a price of $47,700, while the Calligraphy has all the bells and whistles for $50,100. The XRT boasts some off-roading capabilities and sells for $41,550. Starting off the range is the SE at $36,400, while the SEL adds a bunch of value while remaining just below $40k at $39,150. For a midsize, three-row SUV, the price of the 2024 Hyundai Palisade is very reasonable. ![]()
